According to the Legend, Tea was first discovered by the legendary Chinese Emperor Shennong in 2737 BC. The Emperor liked his drinking his water boiled before drinking so it would be clean. One day, a servant began boiling water for him to drink, and a dry leaf from a wild tea bush fell into the water. It turned brownish in color, but was unnoticed and presented to the emperor anyway. The emperor drunk and found it very refreshing and tea came into being.
